Higrade Group has 400 employees with a registered capital of RMB51.69 million yuan. In 2023, the group's annual turnover reached RMB350 million yuan, which indicates a steady growth trend with an average growth rate about 30%. In 2023, the mold business exported to overseas accounts for more than 40% of the total mold business.

There are comprehensive processing facilities.The group has around 240 sets of advanced high precision machining and testing equipment,including 5-axis machining center , 5-sided milling CNC,3-axis high speed precision Mazak CNC, Sodic wire-cut machine, Sodic mirror EDM, Hexagon (Swiss) CMM, 3+2 axis depth drilling machine, precision carving and other high-precision equipment,a total of 4 sets of spotting machine for injection molds,the largest one is 500 tons.


 A total of 33 injection molding machine for mold trial and mass production,the largest tryout press is 2500 tons, most of the presses are equipped with robots and EOAT, the largest 2K/3K press is 750 tons; There are 26 sets of punch, among which the max. mechanical press is 800 tons and the max. hydraulic one is 1600 tons.


Equipped with a number of production lines for plastic injection molding products and metal stampings,as well as related products surface treatment and post assembly operations.

Higrade Plastic & Products Co.,Ltd., established in 2011, is mainly engaged in injection molding,product development,prototype,finish treatment,part assembly etc,involved in home appliances, automobile, electronics, daily necessities and other fields. Complete production equipment, with a total of more than 32 sets of injection molding machines which can offer mass production and mold tryout for large and medium-sized injection molds.

 

Higrade Metal&Products Co., Ltd. is specialized in the design and manufacture of stamping die, mainly good at designing&building progressive die, transfer tool and stage die,with business covering home appliance, automotive,electronics and other fields. Tools are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Japan, Thailand, Russia, South Africa and other countries.


Higrade RUS LLC., registered in August 2020, is located in Haier Industrial Park, Chelny City, the Republic of Tatarstan,Russian Federation, with a plant area of 3,500 square meters. It has advanced production equipment, high-level management team, skilled operators ,as well as strong technical supports from Higrade headquarter.


We adopt the localized production and operation mode, and make full use of local resource to provide the most favorable cooperation conditions to customers in Russia and surrounding areas.Relying on Qingdao Higrade Group's strong technical resources which create large advantages for us,Higrade RUS LLC. provides customized processing services for large precision automotive molds and home appliance molds.

Higrade Germany GmbH located in the city of Schwaebisch Gmuend, Germany. And mainly responsible for customer development, sales and after-sales service for injection molds, stamping dies and their parts in the European market.
