Engineering Highlights:
1.The holder off the column is stronger during mold opening, which causes mold sticking, resulting in trances on the appearance of the product. The loose core pulling ejector structures is added on the slanting tip core machine of the oil cylinder to ensure the appearance quality of the product.
2.The product material is PP, and the wall thickness of the product is 2.2mm. Therefore, the top block is used to push out in the design to avoid ejector marks.
